At Reverive Rocks, we maintain strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Return/Refund

Returns and refunds are accepted only if the product is delivered in a damaged condition.

The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Proof (VERY IMPORTANT)

Customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video.

The video must:

  1. Start before opening the package
  2. Clearly show the package seal
  3. Show the damaged product inside

Without proper video proof, no return or refund request will be accepted.

Non-Returnable Cases

Change of mind

Incorrect order placed by customer

Minor variations in color/design (due to lighting or screen differences)

Damages reported without valid video proof

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
